



Unison gives vendors new layers of insight into how guests are engaging with their products. In-depth PDF reports were prepared for five major vendors to give them a sneak peek into Unison's capabilities and what to expect when Unison technology was available in hundreds of stores. I worked closely with Product Owner Luis Galvez and Sr Engineer Sohei Okomoto to discuss metrics, benchmarking, and visualization techniques for four stores' worth of data. These reports were cited as being one of the critical components in securing buy-in from vendors.
